Sunday – Messages to the Jews

20th January 2013

Before three o’clock God wakes my ear to hear how disciples hear (Isaiah 50: 4). As yesterday, my thoughts are on the divine purpose for my life. I think back to the beginning of my special path in Reichenschwand (curriculum vitae). Almost at the end of the week, all participants were blindfolded. We had to hold up our arms where the group was given a broomstick. Forces worked back and forth and up and down. I resisted and pushed up. Then the handle broke in my hand and the exercise was over. It had a very strong effect on my insides. Once again, I was the center of the group. Much later, I saw in it the broken yoke as “on the day of Midian” (Isaiah 9: 3) when Gideon was called; I, a caller to the Jewish people through Brother Yun. (Accountability report according to the “teaching” 2.4.)

Since sleep doesn’t come back, I get up at four o’clock. With the internal massa (lot) in Isaiah 40:27, I pass on an important message to the Jews:

למה תאמר יעקב ותדבר ישראל נסתרה דרכי מיהוה ומאלהי משפטי יעבור

“Why do you want to say, Jacob, and do you want to speak, Israel? ‘My way is hidden from YAHWEH, and my right will pass before my God!’” (Own translation)

The daily motto of the Moravian Brethren in Zefanja 2,3 is primarily addressed to the Jews:

בקשו את-יהוה כל-ענוי הארץ אשר משפטו פעלו בקשו-צדק בקשו ענוה אולי תסתרו ביום אף-יהוה

“Look for JAHWEH, all the bowed in the land, who have done His right! Seek justice! Seek humility! Perhaps you can hide yourselves on the day of Yahweh’s wrath. ”

It is a mystery to me why the last section in the little password book was “suppressed”. For me, humility, along with obedience, is the most important goal of my life (August 4th, 2012). I believe that this is the best way to do justice to God’s image (February 17, 2011). In any case, we cannot avoid God’s plan.
