In preparation for Shabbat, I care for my feet on Friday afternoons. With a special callus rasp from the drugstore, I work on the callus of my feet and then bathe them in warm water for 20 minutes. Afterwards I anoint my feet with a foot cream to keep the skin supple.     While I sit still bathing my feet, important thoughts go through my head.
