Shabbat – 13th Av 5773 – Saturday – golden wedding

As a former bride guide, I give a short speech on the golden wedding of my brother and his wife. Among other things, I make the following statement:

I brought you a candle as a souvenir of today. I glued today’s surname of the Moravian Church (Herrnhut) to it. It is in Psalm 118. Verses 22 and 23 are called:

“The stone that builders loathe has become the cornerstone. It happened from JAHWEH. It is wonderful in our eyes. ”

Christians believe that this cornerstone is Jesus Christ and therefore a point of reference; a light. Jesus had said of himself: “I am the light of the world.”

But you can also bump into a corner stone. The Jews did this to Jesus and continue to do so for the most part. There are Jews who spit out when they hear the word “Jesus”. My real life task is to educate the Jews about the worldwide and eternal meaning of Jesus Christ on a website. (June 12, 2013)

I previously said the following about my brother’s cancer:

“I am pleased that we both had similar experiences with visions. I think it’s wonderful that when you were in severe pain, God spoke to you so specifically. On February 27, 2012 you could read it in a vision.

When I asked you on the 80th birthday what that could mean in concrete terms, since we all have to die in one way or another, you had no answer. I hope and believe and pray for you that God will lead you into the new world and I also hope that you can take your wife with you. The new world as I understand it is described in Isaiah 65 from verse 17. I hope the same for myself and my wife. ”
