December 22, 2017, Erev Shabbat – 4th Tewet 5778 – Switzerland, a Gentile people called by God.

Acts 15:13-18:
13 Now after they had stopped talking, James took the floor and said, “Men and brothers, listen to me.
14 Simon told how God first set his mind on accepting from among the Gentiles a people for his name.
15 And with this the words of the prophets agree, as it is written:
16 “After this I will return and rebuild the ruined tabernacle of David, and its ruins I will rebuild and raise it up again.
17 That they which are left of men may seek the Lord, and all the heathen upon whom my name is proclaimed, saith the Lord that doeth all these things.”
18 All his works are known to God from eternity. (Schlachter Bible 2000)

This is a call to Switzerland!

This is not the first time I mention Switzerland as God’s chosen Gentile nation. As a well-functioning democracy, it is one of the lands of life. Jesus Christ prophesied in Matthew 21:43 that Israel would be deprived of its calling:

Therefore I say to you: The kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a people who bear its fruit.

Simon Peter confirmed this according to Acts 15:14 (see above).

Without revival, however, this will not work; no good fruits can be produced.
