Shabbat – 4th cheshvan 5779 – Proclamations of Christ of Latter Days | Are You a True Believer of God?

Possibly your journey of faith in God lasted more than a year or two, and possibly you endured much hardship in your life during those years, or perhaps you were not exposed to hardship and instead had received much grace. It may also be that you have experienced neither hardship nor grace, but have lived a normal life.

Regardless, you are still a follower of God, so let’s talk about the subject of following Him in the community. However, I must remind everyone who reads these words that the word of God is addressed to all those who acknowledge God and to all those who follow God and not to the entirety of all people, including those who do not acknowledge God. If you believe that God is speaking to the multitude, to all people in the world, then the word of God will have no effect on you. So you should carry all the words close to your heart and not place yourself outside their scope. By all means, let us speak of what is happening in our house. You should all now understand the true meaning of faith in God. The meaning of faith in God that I spoke of earlier is related to your positive entrance. It is not so today. Today I want to analyze the essence of your faith in God. Of course, this leads you away from the negative. If I do not, you will never know your true face and boast of your piety and faithfulness forever.

In other words: If I do not expose the ugliness that is deep in your hearts, then each of you will put a crown on your head and you will give all glory to yourselves. Your haughty and arrogant nature drives you to betray your own conscience, to oppose and resist Christ, and to expose your ugliness, exposing your intentions, imaginations, exaggerated desires, and eyes that are full of greed to the light. And yet you continue to profess that you will dedicate your lives to the work of Christ, and you keep repeating the truths spoken by Christ long ago. That is your “faith.” That is your “faith without impurity”. I have held man to a very strict standard all along. If your loyalty comes with intentions and conditions, then I would rather not have your so-called loyalty, for I detest those who deceive Me about their intentions and pressure Me with conditions. I desire only that man be loyal to none but Me and do all things because of this one word and to prove it: Faith. I abhor your use of sweetened words to please Me. For I always treat you with perfect sincerity, and so I desire that you also address Me with true faith.

When it comes to faith, many may think that they follow God because they have faith, otherwise they would not endure such suffering. Then I ask you this: Why do you never worship God even though you believe in His existence? Then why don’t you have fear of God in your heart when you believe in His existence? You accept that Christ is the incarnation of God, but then why do you have such contempt for Him and act so disrespectfully toward Him? Why do you judge Him publicly? Why do you always watch His movements? Why don’t you submit to His instructions? Why don’t you act according to His word? Why do you speak in Christ’s place? Why do you judge whether His work and His word are right or not? Why do you dare to blaspheme Him behind His back? Are these and other things what constitute your faith? Every part of your speech and behavior reveals the elements of unbelief in Christ that you carry within you. Your motives and goals for what you do are permeated with unbelief; even the look in your eyes and the breath you exhale are tainted with such elements.

In other words, each of you carries elements of unbelief with you every minute of the day. This means that at every moment you are in danger of betraying Christ because the blood that flows through your body is permeated with unbelief in the incarnate God. That is why I say that the footprints you leave on the path of faith in God are not essential. Your journey, on the path of faith in God, is not well-founded and instead, you merely go through the motions. You are always skeptical of the word of Christ and cannot immediately put it into practice. This is the reason why you do not have faith in Christ, and always having ideas about Him is another reason why you do not believe in Christ. Always maintaining skepticism about Christ’s work, letting Christ’s word fall on deaf ears, having an opinion about whatever work Christ is doing and not being able to understand it properly, having difficulty putting aside your own ideas no matter what explanation you receive, and so on; these are all elements of unbelief mixed in your hearts. Although you follow the work of Christ and never fall behind, there is too much rebellion mixed in your hearts. This rebellion is an impurity in your faith in God. You may not agree, but if you cannot see your own intentions, you will surely be one who will perish. For God perfects only those who truly believe in Him, not those who are skeptical of Him, and least of all those who follow Him even though they have never believed that He is God.

Some people do not delight in truth, let alone justice. Rather, they delight in power and wealth; such people are considered snobs. They exclusively seek out the sects in the world that have influence and those pastors and teachers who come from seminaries. Although they have accepted the way of truth, they remain skeptical and cannot surrender completely. They talk about sacrificing themselves for God, but their eyes are fixed on the great pastors and teachers, and Christ is pushed aside. Their hearts are full of fame, fortune, and glory. They do not believe at all that such a meager man is able to conquer so many, that someone so inconspicuous is able to perfect people. They do not believe at all that these nobodies, among the dust and dung heaps, are God’s chosen people. They believe that if these people were the objects of salvation, then heaven and earth would be turned upside down and all people would laugh their heads off. They believe that if God were to choose such nobodies for perfection, then these great people would become God Himself. Their perspectives are tainted with unbelief; in fact, far from unbelief, they are grotesque beasts. For they value only position, prestige, and power; what is held in high esteem by them are large groups and sects. They have no regard at all for those led by Christ; they are simply traitors who have turned their backs on Christ, on truth, and on life.

What you admire is not the humility of Christ, but those false shepherds of prominent position. You do not love the loveliness or wisdom of Christ, but those libertines who have dealings with the common world. You laugh at the pain of Christ, who has no place to lay His head but admire the corpses who appropriate offerings and live in debauchery. You are not willing to suffer alongside Christ, but gladly go into the arms of the ruthless antichrists, even though they provide you with only flesh, only letters, and only control. Even now, your heart still turns to them, to their reputation, to their position in the hearts of all the satans, to their influence and authority, but you continue to have an attitude of resistance and refusal to accept the work of Christ. That is why I say that you do not have the faith to acknowledge Christ. The reason why you have followed Him until today is entirely because you have been forced. Many exalted images are always piling up in your heart; you cannot forget any of their words and deeds, nor their influential words and hands. They are, in your heart, forever supreme and forever heroes. But it is not so for the Christ of today. He is forever insignificant in your heart and forever unworthy of reverence. For He is far too common, has far too little influence, and is anything but exalted. In any case, I say that all those who do not respect the truth are unbelievers and traitors to the truth. Such people will never receive the approval of Christ. Have you now found out how much unbelief is in you? And how much betrayal of Christ?

I admonish you as follows: Since you have chosen the way of truth, you should give yourself wholeheartedly; do not be ambivalent or half-hearted. You should understand that God does not belong to the world or to any person, but to all those who truly believe in Him, to all those who worship Him, and to all those who are devoted and faithful to Him. At present, there is still much unbelief in you. Try to search diligently within yourselves and you will surely find your answer. When you find the real answer, you will admit that you are not someone who believes in God, but rather someone who deceives Him blasphemes against Him and betrays Him, and someone who is unfaithful to Him. Then you will realize that Christ is not a man, but God. When that day comes, you will revere, fear, and truly love Christ. At present, your faith constitutes only thirty percent of your heart, while seventy percent is possessed by doubts. Every deed performed by Christ and every sentence spoken by Him can cause you to form ideas and opinions about Him. These ideas and opinions come from your total disbelief in Him. You admire and fear only the invisible God in heaven and take no account of the living Christ on earth. Is this not also your unbelief? You long only for the God who worked in the past but do not meet the Christ of the present. This is always the “faith” that is mixed in your heart,

I do not underestimate you, because there is too much unbelief in you, too much of you that is impure and needs to be analyzed. These impurities are a sign that you have no faith at all. They are a sign of your renunciation of Christ and mark you as a betrayer of Christ. They are a veil that covers your knowledge of Christ, an obstacle to your being won by Christ, an obstacle that prevents you from being compatible with Christ, and evidence that Christ does not recognize you.
