I came to an important insight on today’s fitness course.
It has been clear to me for a long time:
- There are no coincidences with God
- God does not make mistakes
- I just want to do the will of God
On the course I use a limited number of exercise objects in order to improve my physical fitness if possible or at least maintain it.
There are two balance exercises below. After I failed miserably in the first one, i.e., had to stop the exercise after 3 attempts, I asked why. Whereupon the word AMBITION came to mind. Then I realized that I don’t need any ambition with “my” God because HE is all in all. I felt SERENITY come over me, the counter-principle to ambition.
For the second object, an approx. 30 cm raised square wood in 4 approx. 15 m long sections, on which you have to keep your balance forwards and backwards and to balance on one leg for at least 5 seconds, I did the following Experience:
I set off consciously and calmly and did not count the mistakes I made. I noticed my serenity with satisfaction.
